“The Global Customs Academy (GCA) Education Delivery Team are currently reviewing all it’s qualifications. As part of this exercise we plan to work on and release the following qualifications;
- A ‘new’ 2024 version of the Level 2 Customs Practice & Procedure Award (UK) which will include a more tailored ‘CDS Module’.
- Estimated release-date:- Early June
- A ‘new’ 2024 version of the Level 2 Customs Practice & Procedure Award (EU) which will include more tailored content related to the ICS and up-to-date EU Commission changes in customs practices.
- Estimated release-date:- Early August
- A ‘new’ 2024 version of the Level 3 Certificate in Customs Compliance (EU) which will include more tailored content related to the ICS and up-to-date EU Commission changes in customs practices.
- Estimated release date:- Mid-October/Early-November
- A ‘new’ Level 4 Certificate in Advanced Customs Compliance (EU) – FULL
- Estimated release date:- Mid-February/Early-March 2025

In February 2022, we launched a new Level 2 course for EU professionals through the new EU Customs Academy. We will be announcing further courses relating to customs processes in the bloc in the coming months.
